2. Kerbside Delivery Terms
All deliveries, whether conducted via flatbed transit or HIAB rigid lorry, are strictly kerbside only. This means goods will be unloaded to the nearest safe point of access, typically a driveway or roadside. Our drivers are not permitted to carry materials into rear gardens, rear properties, or inside buildings.

3. Assistance at Point of Delivery
Please note that our delivery vehicles are operated by a single driver. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that adequate assistance is available on-site to move the goods from the kerbside, if required.

For deliveries to the Isle of Wight and other offshore locations, additional surcharges (such as ferry fees) will apply. Please contact us directly for a bespoke quotation regarding these areas.

It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any access restrictions (e.g., narrow lanes, low bridges, or weight limits) prior to dispatch. Failure to do so may result in a failed delivery charge.
